On Tuesday 3rd December 2024, we’re challenging you to pledge some time away from technology for #techtimeouttuesday.
Whether it’s 10 minutes, an hour or anything inbetween we would like you to look up, log off and do something you enjoy, around your work commitments, that doesn’t include endless notifications and mindless scrolling.
Why are we doing this?
Designed by techtimeout in partnership with Mental Health First Aid England,
this digital wellbeing day was launched to raise awareness of the impact that
excessive screentime has on mental health and productivity.
How to get involved:
- Complete our Pledge Board (which will be situated in the kitchen) stating how much time you are going to spend away from technology and what you’re going to do with your time.
- Share a pic of your timeout
- The most innovative idea will win a prize!
