We made it and avoided the rain with our first Glaisyers ETL lunchtime walking group yesterday supporting our Steptember 10000 steps a day challenge in support of Francis House Children’s Hospice and encouraging the team to take time away from our desks . Fabulous day at Glaisyers ETL yesterday as we held another of our Glaisyers Through the Decades events to celebrate our 50th Birthday. This time we had a Harry Potter theme with potion making, quiz, food to reflect the house colours and even a special Harry Potter themed birthday cake made by the fabulous Samantha Marlor. We also found a colleague who looked remarkably similar to Dobby Sean Edwards.
We’ve had a busy October so far at Glaisyers ETL celebrating World Mental health day with an introduction to journalling, a meditation session and lots of positive affirmations. We also had a very Informative & insightful session last week from Lucy D. Lots of tips, myth busting & reminders that breast awareness is relevant to all not just girls
